...forgot to shout out how much I liked the Evan Marshall piece. (I was sold on his playing after having listened to him on "Tone Poets"!)
I have to comment here: I have watched all/most of the mandolin mondays contributions. I find them an incredible and thoroughly thought over plan/marketing design/teaching approach/publicity idea/ittouchessomanypartsofgettingthemusicoutthere. First of all: Let me congratulate you of the quest to bring us "Mandolin Mondays". Then: Let it be a hub (for you... for us) to interact musically (and probably/hopefully professionally for you) with other world class musicians Also: As it shows the multitude of aproaches to playing the instrument (mandolin in this case), we see that each musician/ each aproach stands for itself individually. At last: KEEP IT UP! (Maybe, after this run/year of mandolin mondays there is a concept of mandolin mondays as duo recordings; team up unlikely instrument combinations; explore the depth of musical pieces [let bluegrass mandolinists play classical pieces and vice versa, f.ex.]; team up an instructor with a student; come up with a year full of musicians of each genre [folk, rock, jazz, grass etc.]). Come to Europe sometime... Cheers!
Love it!
I just have to laugh watching him play, it’s so amazing. I’ll have to practice another week.
Is there tab for that? Seriously, love it! Welcome, Evan.

Late to this Mandolin Monday, but what a treat!
Sublime, David. I stumbled upon you and Taarka (and ThaMuseMeant) at High Sierra Music Festival way back in 2003. The sounds you conjure up are always a surprise and a delight for the mind to behold. Cheers
Thanks David, very nice indeed.
one of my favorite players, always clean notes, smile on the face, brings a sense of fun and pleasure when listening
Oh, so nice. Thanks David!

Thanks for this, Adam - two of my favorites from New Primitive - and for all the inspiration.
Man, he makes it look effortless... every note is so clean and pure... Thanks, Adam! That made my day!
Adam, great to see you on Mandolin Mondays!
Excellent work, Jake!!
I submitted tab for the tune to the Cafe today. I had tabbed in std tuning years ago, based on Jeff Todd Titon's AEAE fiddle transcription in his Old Time Kentucky Fiddle Tunes book.
Jake, great playing. Welcome to the Cafe! Keep up the good work.
Another winner for Mandolin Mondays. Great tune, great mandolin, great playing - enough said! Kudos.

Awesome, and nice stash!
Nicely done, David. Have a great time down under and don't forget the time/date difference for next week's MM
Very beautiful.
Thanks to Jason for the tribute to John McGann; IMHO there's not enough of that, since he was a major contributor to developing roots music at Berklee. However, John's position at Berklee was Associate Professor of Strings.
Spectacular!
Uh. This is a gorgeous piece of music!
Welcome, Jason!
Another nice mandolin Monday. Thanks Cory! Great playing.
Is the tune available in tab form anywhere?
Welcome, Cory. Great playing!
