Welcome, Marla! Great to have your music here again.
Splendid! Great contribution to this cool series.
Shalom Aleichem says one, Aleichem Shalom says the other. A traditional greeting. So Alan "Aleichem Shalom!" A beautiful and soulful tune. (I wish the mic was up close in order to really hear that great mandolin.) Really nice though. And what a great way to start the week. Thanks!
Welcome, Alan! Nicely played.
Fantastic playing. Great ending and some really amazing picking.
Awesome! In the spirit of humor, I noticed that Emery's right hand position looks like he's "giving us the finger" sometimes. ;-)
Making the impossible look effortless
Smokin'!
Much fun, man. Thanks!
Ha! What fun, love it!
I chuckled. Then I guffawed.
What a (lovable) monster! Cracked me up at the end, too. Thanks, Emory!
I chuckled big time. Well done!
Nicely done, old friend Emory! Glad to see you here.
Love this guy. Such a nice man and what can we say about his creativity???? Awesome!
Two minutes of ultimate mandolin hedonism. Mercy. Thank you Emory.
Awesome playing David! You had some really creative variations in there.
Astounding technique. Thank you.
Simply great!
Really terrific !
Very nice. Seems like he used the elbow a lot more than the wrist, ala Sam Bush
Beautiful job, David!
Incredible. Wonderful tone
Wow... Nicely done, David.
Hey Joe. What does you mother think of spending all that money on shoes? Great video. Hope to see you sometime in Minneapolis. Doug
Welcome, Joe. Always good to see you on the pages of the Cafe. Great cut, hilarious ending... It's like what happens at the end of a good movie. Everyone files out and then the actors come back on. Well done.
So awesome man!

Thank you for the nice comments!
Great mandolin interpretation of a mighty fine tune.
Welcome, Giri! Great to meet you and your sister Uma at Folk Alliance a few weeks ago. Enjoyed your showcase, looking forward to hearing your music in the future. Great picking!
I know Spain is covered frequently in many genres but I've never really listened to it. My first exposure to is via mandolin! Cool.
Welcome, Ethan! Great to hear your music again. For those that may have missed it, we interviewed Ethan here. Great take on Spain...
Excellent as always Jarrod. Many fond memories watching you and your brother play at Craigs Rv in Arcadia Fl
Just want to say thanks for these Mandolin Monday posts! It's really inspiring seeing all these fresh pickers! Not only is David's music fresh and creative, but it's awesome to see these other pickers too. I frequent YouTube to watch Matt demo the new mandolins at his local shop and always enjoyed his picking. Between him and David and the new guard rolling in its a very exciting time to be part of the mandolin community.
Most excellent. Thanks!
Thank you, that's really cool.
Welcome, Jarrod. What a great chord solo!
Wow is right!
Wow.
Dis-amn!
Thanks for that inspirational treat.
Wow! Nicely done, Matt! Steve
