This week on Mandolin Mondays, the amazing Ross Holmes, fiddler and mandolinist with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, joins us for an original tune with the working title "5G Blues" played on his incredible Dudenbostel A Model #34.



Multi-instrumentalist, composer, and community activist, Ross Holmes has spent his career touring with Mumford & Sons, Bruce Hornsby, Warren Haynes, Cadillac Sky, and is currently a member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. In addition to world wide touring and performing, Holmes has contributed to over 700 albums and will be premiering “The American Fiddle Suite,” a breathtaking 13 movement work for solo fiddle and orchestra, in 2023.
