Mandolin Mondays #358 /// "Johnny's Peacock"

Rate this Entry
So happy to be with you all this Mandolin Monday to share a tune from the new Foreign Landers album. This is a tune called "Johnny's Peacock" and I thought it would be fun to do an 8 string duet version of this one with my Apitius Vangaurd mandolin and Octolindo S Model Deluxe octave mandolin.

The new album Travelers Rest is now out and available to stream/download on all platforms--take a listen here: https://linktr.ee/theforeignlanders

And I'm very happy to announce that a companion PDF book containing tab/notation transcriptions of all the mandolin and octave mandolin melodies and solos is now available to all tiers over on my Patreon page here (see samples below): https://www.patreon.com/davidbenedictmandolin

And the transcription for this tune you can grab for free over here: https://www.mandolincafe.com/forum/c...Travelers-Rest

Thanks so much for all the support of this new music! And as always, tune in next week for more Mandolin Mondays! Until then...

Happy Picking!
David
