Mandolin Mondays #13 - Bach Gm Fuga and Presto

Rating: 1 votes, 5.00 average.
Just for Bach's birthday (March 21st) here's a closet recording from the vault. Back in 2014 I tried learning these two movements from Bach's Violin Sonata No. 1 in Gm BWV 1001. This performance is far from perfect, but it was probably the best I was ever able to play it.

I don't have the tab for this one (that would be pretty intense), but I'd still love to connect with you if you're interested in discussing fingerings or phrasing. Just contact me through my website: http://davidbenedictmusic.com/contact/

Also, there are still a few days left to get a free download of my album Into the True Country here: http://noisetrade.com/davidbenedict/...e-true-country

Happy Picking!

David

Thanks, David. A real treat, and nicely played. Perfection is way over rated ... showing up is the big part.

Bach! Bach! Who's there? David! Wow! Great control and roundup of chaos uncanned.
