Dear mandolin diary and readers Every now and then through practice the mandolin opens up one of its many secret chambers to me. Perhaps this is not so secret as it is undiscovered. My fingers found the octaves for some of the chords and notes. Playing the chords with the octave of the note in question sounds most exquisite. As for arpeggios?
