Hi all Yesterday I attended a hobbies' fair, where I had both my mandolins and all kinds of paraphernalia mandolin related of course, on display. Also demonstrated playing. Had four to five groups of school children who were totally intrigued and they wanted to own a mandolin. So I think apart from exposing them to the joy of music, they had fun handling the one mandolin and I think they may become keen about playing! I had some lively interest at my table, so it was great. In itself this purpose of having fun frees one and really brings such joy to the person playing the music and of course to the listener!
