Here is another of my favorite tunes. I didn't find it anywhere in the tune listings so I hope I didn't miss it.

I really liked this one Robert. I was going to do my own bodhran on one of my upcoming tunes but...well I'll check that page out - how do you download it? Is it something you buy or just hold the recorder up to the computer?

    Ginny,

What I did was search on YouTube to MP3 converters, downloaded it then dropped it in my recording software. Then I recorded the mandolin track while listening to the bodhran. I have trouble hearing the metronome track when I record and this worked a lot better for me.
It did inspire me to buy a bodhran so I can record that as a basic beat to keep me on track. I doubt I will get good enough to do more that just something to keep the beat though.
Here is a ink to the converter I used:

Good luck. If you have trouble I could email the tracks I downloaded thought I don't think I can do it through this message system so email me if you need them. I sent you my email in a private message.

Really nice, thanks Robert, and the tune too, those upbeats are great! The bodhran sounds loose and cool.
I usually use a metronome and have become extremely timing error or timing expression intolerant. Not good.

And coffee, I remember that, oh now I’m getting nostalgic.
