Hello everybody, I've been playing since the beginning of March. Haven't posted here in the newbie area yet though. Today, sitting in a lawnchair outside with my mandolin, I played a whole song (You're a Grand Old Flag) without once looking at either hand OR the mandolin! And I played it without making significant mistakes. A first for me! Sue
