Well, maybe not all that new, but new to me. Magnus Zetterlund, youtube username is "Mandolin Secrets". His website is www.mandolinsecrets.com. He does have a plan for paid lesson series available through his website, but he also has many dozens of lesson videos posted on youtube and available through his channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/MandolinSecrets/videos). I discovered him as I was searching for material to post in this month's tune of the month thread - he has a ~25 minute live feed replay on beginners' jazz improvisation based on this month's tune "All of Me". From what I can see so far, he has very clear instruction technique, and his lessons are focused on everyone from beginner to advanced. I like his style.
I found him a little while ago when I was looking for Scandinavian tunes. I've been trying the get Schottis from Härjedalen down for a month or so.
