    I just finished learning this piece and I thought you all might like it. I searched the Table Of Contents and it doesn't look like it has been a Song Of The Week. Maybe it will one of these days!!

    Composed in 1782 by James Aird. This is from the first selection. Love the melody as well as the harmony. I hope you like it as well.

    Did you record the mandolins with the condenser micro?

    That is one stately tune, the twin mandolins ring out like cornets and the guitars represent the drum section. I could march to that (I'm partial to 6/8 marches).
