During the short period I have been participating in the SAW group I don’t think I’ve seen ref to an English Trad tune… Thanks, Simon, and nicely suited to the OM with capo on 5th fret…and the lighting issues didn’t throw you !
Thanks John, you probably have this already but here’s Paul Hardy’s Basic tunebook that contains a high proportion of English and Scottish tunes,and even some French ones too. Yes, with the light I’d already done a couple of takes and decided that this one was going onto the internet whatever happened!
More fine picking there, Simon. A catchy wee tune too.
But how these English tunes are so sweet! I’m working on tempo at the moment John K, tone and everything else goes out of the window!
