This is a Scottish slow air written by Phil Cunningham. Usan is a fishing village south of Montrose, not a reference to the Korean city! I am playing it in D major, doubling the melody on mandocello an octave down on the repeat. Transcription at The Session:

And here's the same beautiful air with a second mandolin. Nigel Gatherer also offers a mandocello part. The arrangement can be found under Airs https://www.nigelgatherer.com/tunes/tunes/E/EUsan.html

Missed you version from back in May, Martin. Lovely tune and well played. I like the melody added an octave down on the repeat.

Christian, fine performance as usual. It is a great tune.

Lovely, Christian -- I had not seen that harmony version from Nigel and may try it myself, possibly for our group.

Thanks for the kind comments on my version from May, too. It's another of Phil's lovely melodies.
