This is a nice mazurka from the Italian-American music scene in the early 1900s, by the same composer as the more famous mazurka "Tra veglia e sonno", first published two years earlier. He later changed the spelling of his name to "Luigi Canoro", and his compositions may be listed under either name.

Recorded as a mandolin quartet of two mandolins, mandocello and tenor guitar. The parts are in Sheri Mignano's Dropbox folders, under "Di Bella". Lots of triplets and fiddly things in this one, so I'm taking it at a steady tempo -- no doubt the maestro would have played it faster.
