If you could pick between a Morris 2 pointer and an Eastman 805D (both are in the $1000 league), which one would you pick and why?
I've never played a Morris. I do own an Eastman MD904 two-pointer, and it's got a good instrument. Ive heard good things about the Morris mandolins as well. I don't think you could go wrong with either one. If you can, best to try each and then decide. Sometimes it's tough to do, but it would be worth it. Good luck on your hunt.
