Hi I'm wondering if the Morris mandolin on this ad is a Sonny Howard Morris mando or if there is another Morris mando out there....the headstock doesn't have the markings I expected. Also is the price high for this instrument @$1250? thanks!

No Ed, never did figure it out so I passed it by. I did however just put down $ on the two pointer you just posted pictures of. Have a 3 day trial period. Can you guess what I will do?
Oh and to ditto in on what everyone here is saying; Sonny is one heck of a nice guy. He even took time to play this thing for me over the phone after much discussion (and indecisiveness on my part). Sounded pretty good, but I'm guessing the phone line (or my cell phone speaker) didn't do it justice....
