I have been playing my Jb for about two years now and have been trying out strings and I feel I might be going in a direction that might not work good for the mandolin. So I would like to know what strings you are using. I am looking for a woody sound, right now I am getting I feel a higher tone then what you might want in bluegrass. Right now I have A270 mediums on it and have used 74s. Please share. Al
