    This is an allemande by the German early baroque composer Herrmann Schein, reduced to a single instrument by Allan Alexander from his book "Early Dance Music For Mandolin". Played on waldzither tuned GDAEA with an added tenor guitar pulse.

    That's another Allan Alexander book I need! I like Schein and that whole period. I have a CD of dance music from that era, which I think may have this piece on it - sounds very familiar. The Waldzither sounds nice on this!
