I made a small breakthrough tonight thanks to FFcP! I took my mando to the regular weekly singaround, and one of the guys started a song, with the capo on the third fret of this guitar, playing chords in the key of C. Hmm, I thought, that makes it E flat - hang on, that's first position FFcP! So I was able to play along and even improvise a little. I won't claim that I did it well, but I did it - that's a breakthrough for me Fliss
Good for you. Everybody needs a "breamthrough" now and then! Did you play mostly out of the first finger position or did you use some of the others? The first finger position is the most intuitive to me.
