Hi folks! I'm new to mandolin and new to this site. I started playing mandolin in August 2012 after a long-standing fascination with the instrument. I've played a few instruments over the years and majored on piano at university. Taught classroom music for a few years until the jobs dried up and now I just do music for fun (and because it's in my blood). I play trombone in a jazz band, sing in choirs and practise mandolin like a woman possessed. Loving it! Best instrument ever :)
