I found a KM630 here in a pawn shop and was able to get it for $300 and love it. I lowered the bridge to get it a little more playable but haven't done much more than that to it.

Allen I've been tempted to learn some Dick Dale tunes as well as the Ventures. Dick Dale is a master of tremolo and as big a joke as it might be it would still be good practice.

I tried accordion for a short while too. They are too heavy for me too but I still love them. I think I'll stick to my little mandolin.
