I agree with Charles. If the tailpiece and tuners were correctly installed, pay for that only. If they supplied the bridge and gave you the old one back, ask for a refund for the parts and labor...
Without good technique (much of sustain derives from technique and set up, right?) adding all that mass just makes unbalanced instruments (I'm looking at you head heavy F5s!) more cumbersome to play....
