Can't speak to the two point, but my 2010 Washburn f was PLENTY loud for even the rowdiest bluegrass jam.
I sold my 815 and kept my 315. It just sounds better. I did replace the tailpiece with a more sturdy, cast one from Allen and I had it set up by an expert.
Save your money. Buy the 315.
You will have to play them both. I have played a 315 that sounded pretty good and a 515 that was way too tinny. Just make sure whichever one you buy is setup properly for your playing style.
