    I also love this tune.
There are versions in 6/8 and in 3/4.
I had played it as a slow waltz in A.
If I remember right, I had tried to do the tremolo in groups of six:

High Quality Short Scale Tenor Guitar?

I have two tenor guitars: a Blueridge BR 40-T and a Kala tenor guitar.
As much as I like the Blueridge for playing chords in our little acoustic trio, it doesn't inspire me much to play melodies on...
  5. Midnight on the Water-10.Anniversary of my Pomeroy A2 Mandolin

Back in 2009, I had Don Paine build me a Pomeroy A2 mandolin.

I especially like the sound it has with flatwound strings.

    Re: Ektarina Skliar playing Asturias

Fretting notes with the thumb is a common balalaika technique. It is taught in Mel Bay's balalaika method.
She also uses that technique a lot on the domra. So, probably, that's a common domra...
  12. Re: Pavane (Fauré), arranged for two mandolins

Very interesting version for 2 melody instruments, nicely performed.
Thanks for the link to the score. I really like this Pavane, I found an easy version in a book with easy guitar duets.
