this mic is called moano Au-A04 is pretty inexpensive with great reviews.It is available in india and manufactured in china. I am sure it will be available elsewhere as well. you can also check out reviews for it on youtube, there are plenty.
great thing is that it is USB and you only need a good OTG covertor to record on the fly on your android/ios device. there are some indian youtubers who are making decent quality videos using iphone 10 and this mic.

Apogee MiC or Hype MiC work with iPhone and iPad. I have one of the older versions of the MiC and it meets my needs without an additional interface.
