I've Gotten Really Into Tenor Guitar
Hey folks!
It's been a long time since I've posted. Over the last year and a half or so I've sort of fallen off of the mandolin wagon and into the tenor guitar world. I bought a 1971 martin tenor as well as a alternate reality tenor tele and the rest it history. I've experimented with a couple tunings but I keep coming back to just an octave below a mandolin.
I've released a couple funk/jazzish tracks on the tenor tele and I thought you guys may dig. The first is a medeski martin & wood kind of tune that's in 15/8. The second is more in the vein of scary goldings. Scofield is a huge inspiration of mine and he's affiliated with both groups. For your listening pleasure:

I'm also, after many years of working desk gigs, going back to school at CalArts to pursue things more professionally.
Also also, if this is in the wrong forum let me know and I'll move it.
