Cylinder Recording by Silvio Ranieri
There have been posts here before about mandolin recordings in the UCSB Cylinder Archive, but when I checked a few months ago, I saw that they had a "new" one that hadn't been transferred, yet: Concerto de Bériot, recorded by Silvio Ranieri.

I was going to pay the $100 to have it preserved, myself, but that was before spending $4000 this Summer to repair my van and the AC in my house. Anyone feel like being a patron of the mandolin arts so that we can hear it?
Re: Cylinder Recording by Silvio Ranieri
Years ago I donated my five or six Samuel Siegel cylinders. He over mine up in the queue. If you write to Dave Seubert ( I think I have name correctly) you could ask him if it is possible to have that one moved up in the queue. It’s worth a shot. Maybe a few of us could request.
