Bracing is a nonissue.
It will need a new nut and it would be best with a new bridge with the saddle "compensation" set for righty.
Approximately $250 $300 most likely.

Given that most of a setup is adjusting the nut and bridge, I think that a setup is generally implied in replacing those two.

A set up is pretty much part of the job of working the nut, bridge and saddle. It would be hard to imagine that someone would do the work without doing a set up. Of course, some repair people are better at setting up an instrument than others.

Does it have a left-handed pickguard? If so, is that ok for you? Changing a left-to-right side pickguard on a flat top can also involve refinish work on the top.
