I don't think I'll buy one, but it does give me an idea of what to do with an old tele copy I have laying around.

Looks interesting but I'd prefer a strat build.
I've been toying with the idea of a double and was thinking about doing a 5-string mando with a bass vi on the guitar side. This one is getting close.
ARGHHHHH!!!!!! Has to be a joke surely?
He's not the first. There are a couple double necks as kits if you're into diy

Actually I bought it on Amazon it looks like a kit I have seen but it was done by a company it's by badaxx and done really well all it needed was a setup, I've been thinking about buying a kit like that and change the mandolin neck to a octave mandolin neck
Interesting idea but the G string isn't covered by the pickup. Not sure why they would put the paired strings on one side of the saddles as it pushes the bridge off center.
Rather hard to see the magnetic field the pickup creates ,
but changing to 2 P bass pickups , seems pretty common for electric mandolins..
Though the size of the plastic sheet to make a new scratch plate is pretty big..
for those who cannot leave them as is..
[having made a new scratch plate to replace the parts on my FM 61..]
..
Looks like the Eastwood Teleolin is done and selling for $799.

Did anyone get one?
Looks like a slightly different new build run, only one of 12 left. Now a Warren Ellis model.

I saw that. This one follows the design drawings used on the original promo and they were touting it as a Warren Ellis model back in the beginning. But from what I saw they delivered instruments with 2 different headstocks on the first run that looked odd and mis-matched.
