First song of our new band - Woodspell

Yes, that's a really good blend of stylistic influences making a very pleasing whole. I trust as I am a bit old-fashioned in my tastes, my appreciation does not mean you are old hat or lacking the "edginess" that is apparently all the rage. Well done. Clearly, you have worked hard to create your own sound.

People talk about the perfect musical instrument pairing, piano and violin, string quartet, mandolin and guitar, rock quartet ( 2 guitars bass and drum kit)

but to my mind, guitar, mandolin, violin and bass ( or cello) together has to be one of the best

throw in a banjo and you have the standard Bluegrass ensemble.
