Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
I picked up a "Jansjo" USB powered, flexible, LED light at IKEA for $5.99: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/jansjoe...lack-70291232/
I plugged it into a portable USB power bank and zip-tied it to the side of my Stew-mac base mounted Dremel tool for some inlay work. Not an elegant solution, but it really improved visibility at the bit.

Re: Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
Good for those of us who need all the help they can get to see things.
Re: Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
I've actually been using LED desk lamps as shop lights on tools. This coupled with a switched charger might work for me in a few places. Thanks.
Re: Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
While I have not used LED lights for tools, I have used a fish aquarium pump for blowing dust away from the dremel. A fitting on the dremel to point the air at the tip. the small flexible hose doesn't seem to get in the way and keep what I am doing visible.
Re: Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
It's hard to see in the photos, but I've got a Dremel 490 dust blower collet instead of the usual collet. No more dust problems.

Re: Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
I didn't realize Dremel made that blower collet. Another think you can do is wrap a small piece of tape around either the collet or the shank of the end mill so that there's a short flap of tape left "flapping". That makes a surprisingly good blower.
Re: Dremel - IKEA Flexible LED Light
I use the LED light from my music stand that is for reading charts; clamps on to the power cable.
