Got it! Sigh....
When you decide to sell your lm600 ring me up if it's a late model in A+ condition.
I like it...your on your way!
I believe finish checking as well as cracking will not be the fault of the shipping company, therefore not covered under an insurance claim.
Glad your enjoying your new mando.
At the price they command, I would expect nothing less than what your feeling...enjoy!

Gotta trust Bruce.
If you use a Tone Gard, make sure the case will fit Mandolin + Gard.
For trucking around town with Mando and attached TG, I use a Guardian CG -018 MF hard shell case; around $100.

Your happiness is what matters.
I keep a second close, just in case.
Nah...I'm buying today's sound. If it sounds better down the road, that's a bonus.

My bought new '02 F9 was Ok, then came the '12 bought new
KM 1000, again Ok, sold them off and picked up my best Mandolin to date; The Loar LM 700.
Check out Chase Arbogast, his info is in the classifieds,
very reasonable rates.
When playing as a sideman, I look at my instrument or others in the group, unless the focus is on me, I don't look at the camera or directly at the audience.
Buyer deposits money into my pay pal account, then I ship Mandolin, insured, which is included in price, 48 hour trial period, if returned, buyer pays shipping/insurance. After sale 2% to Cafe.
Unfortunately the James comes in matte finish.
I'd go for the "The Loar" LM 520that's being offered for $520. from Musicians Friend.
