Hi Tosh,
Unfortunately I missed this post and missed the session. Can you let me know if you will be doing another one any time soon?
I would also appreciate any tips on jams or places to hear...

Hi Andy and other players-
I've just moved to London and would love to find other new players or any slow jams in the city. Any good venues you could recommend for bluegrass or old time would be...
Hi Folks-

Thanks in advance for any...

Hi-
I just mentioned in another post that I recently picked up Bert Casey's Mandolin Primer (with CD) and found it to be one of the more helpful of the (many) books I've picked up. He is clear,...
Thanks, everyone. These are great tips, and I will be sure to look into the books by Steve Kauffman and Roland White. I know these authors by names but did not know they had books with 'play along'...
Hello all-
Has anyone here used the 'Parking Lot Picker's Songbook: Mandolin' by Dix Bruce? Can you offer a review?
I am a beginner and am looking for a compendium of basic tunes to learn...
Ach, boze! I wish that I could attend this workshop with you all! I am sure it will be a great one.
I lived in Prague for 12 years but alas, that was before I took up the mandolin and moved to...
Hi all-
In addition to the River City Bluegrass Festival, Portland will host the tenth annual Old-Time Music Gathering the following weekend on Jan 14-18. The weekend actually starts off on the...
