    Re: New Mando... Hamlett Two-Point

Well I'm a sucker for a 2 point and that one checks all the boxes visually. Looking forward to hearing how it sounds.

    Re: Rockygrass 2021

    Re: Nugget Tailpiece on Flat-Top

Do those little string windings dig into your arm? The Price tailpiece had that problem--I had lots of shirts with frayed sleeves from that.

Re: Neck reinforcement vs a truss rod

If you build with a carbon fiber reinforcement, how much relief do you shoot for? My problem with mandos without adjustable truss rods is that almost every builder seems to think a mandolin neck...

  15. Jethro & Steve Goodman "Take Me Out to the Ballgame"

The first 2:30 of this video has some of the most brilliant playing I've ever heard. I didn't listen to the other versions on the video.

I heard this on the public radio station today--didn't give...

Tim O joined Sam for an incredible "Land's End" this past Friday. Epic version. Had to get the mandolin out and try to learn this tune one more time.

    BB King with Guitar-Mando Doubleneck

I would like to hear BB King on the mandolin. Saw this on FB.
