I spray the EM6000 with generic hvlp at 40 psi, 1.4 tip.. Love the target coatings products.. I do recall having an issue some years back with micro bubbles..but to long ago to remember how I fixed...

Another vote for the wood slicer.. I put one on my old delta with riser block and it cuts 12" maple like butter.. I wish they made a 1/4" version for regular sawing work.

I built one around '05 ..worked great for roughing tops, backs and copying F holes. Graduated to small CNC a couple years ago..would have kept it if I had the room..

Buy a handful of these and keep one in every case..check them often..accuracy is not absolute but close enough ..within 2-3%....
