    Rounded for me! The pointed tips hang me up. I always use Dawgs or the butt of an Dunlop Ultex Rhino.

    I use 30 06 shell casings to ream over small holes. Works fine. The sharper the better.

    OK. I saw serveral old posts on the musical instrument makers page and they were looking for some.
    It’s very dense and heavy and some luthiers use it.
    Mine are taller than the power lines.

    The trick is to have the armrest to fit only the very outer edge of your mandolin. You don’t want them on top of your sound wood. So, if they don’t angle up over the top, it will kill the sound.

    Skip won the Mandolin Championship this past Sat. at the East Rowan Civitan Bluegrass and Fiddlers Convention.

    He played one of his A styles. Mark Parchment backed him on guitar. WOW !
