I believe that was his Paganoni #14
Should be a dandy I was looking for a particular one I use to own tho
What number is your Red Diamond?
Should be dec 18th 2002 3rd one that day
When I first started doing business with Dennis it was in OH
That was pre-TMS days
Paganoni never did a "The Gibson"
except #3 was a 1969 F-12 he bought new and reworked ,dont think Doyle ever used it .i use to own it.
Played it one year at IBMA my favorite Loar !
If I could have any mandolin that’s the one
i think the "sirius " answers the question
I think a 1985 made in Japan
I always said two of my favorite mandolins ive played was Taylors Fern and Paganoni #30
i played them both the same night
Looks like he had an F 5 when the video starts and switched out to the A
Doyle Lawson
Although I have never taken lessons from Wayne I have bought and used his instruction material in the past

not only is he a great guy
he is a very good teacher ,explains...

I just picked up a new F-5 Friday night this would be my 4th Hamlett I’ve had

He has my Custom A with blocks if anyone is looking for a nice mandolin...
Greg you have been a LaPlant guy as far back as I can remember.
Which tuners are most recommended shallots, rubners,Grover’s?
I would like to try another tuner on an A style does anyone know what will replace GoldenAge the easiest
Schaller,Grover’s,Rubners??
I sold a few back when times were good $1500-1800'range
I owned three or 4 of them
Owned 3 nuggets as well
To me they are more Collings sounding than Nugget but still very cool
Love the blacktop
