    I have a cittern, tuned GDAEa: 42/22, 28/12, 20/009 and 009 for the high a pair. 20/009 or 22/009 works fine, scale is 23 inch.

    the first is a Fylde Cittern, tuned GDAEa. Lowest three stringpairs are in octaves. The high a strings makes it fast and short to the highest notes.
