    You remove the ball end from the loop. Looks just like a mandolin string once the ball is out.

    I have had this happen so many times that I buy single strings sets of 5 D'Addario strings in whatever gauge needed.

    They are usually ball end but you can remove the ball and you have a perfect...

    I own a very similar Bridger, minus the rosette around the D hole. I don't play a lot of bluegrass and I can tell you I spend more time with this mandolin than I do my Weber Bitterroot Custom...

    Could you change Dan Co1e to Dan Cole? Originally there was another Dan Cole so I had to replace the L in Cole with the number one (1). Not sure if the other Dan Cole is still around..
