    Photos are everything. I teach realtors how to take photos of homes that they are selling and have taught a couple car dealers how to photograph cars as well. After price, photos are the next...

    Sadly, we're in week 2 of a rain delay right now. Laquer and humidity aren't mixing well in our area. I got a few projects of my own on hold as well (mostly the yard).
