Happy holidays to all!
Really dumb question. Why rounded picks vs. pointed. It seems rounded just don't have the volume.
My main guitar, a 1972 Martin D35. I've had it since college. It's in great shape!
My friend lent Gordon his guitar when he debuted the "Edmund Fitzgerald" at Amazing Grace in Evanston, IL.
Gordon broke a string and needed a guitar right before he went on stage.
I use a Grolsch beer rubber washer. It fits on the end pin and works great and you get to drink the beer!
I'm having trouble with the output/volume levels. If you could offer a suggestion, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
I'd like to buy the book. I don't want to create an account to do so. Any suggestions.
Interesting, I did the same thing with a Collings MTO. I had it a couple of years and just felt like I was fighting it. I bought a Pava Pro from Carters and could not be happier.
Is it easier to play than your Collings MTO?
Thanks everyone, great suggestions. I didn't know you could switch teachers!
I'm an intermediate player. Any suggestions between taking Sharon Gilchrist or Joe K. Walsh's courses at Peghead Nation. I've been a member of Artist Works and would like to explore another school....
Gary we could meet at Guitar Works. Lmk a good time and day. Thanks.

Thanks all for the suggestions!
I seem to be struggling with my Colllings MTO. It just seems hard to play. I have a Northfield F5 that plays like "butter". Any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks.
Are there any red hats left? I lost mine.

I'm looking to buy or view Sam's movie. Is it available on Netflix or Amazon.
Thanks.
If anyone could tab "Bedrock" by Frank Solivan, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
I have a Tunica mandolin from the 1920's. Has anyone ever heard of it. It definitely needs a complete restoration. Is it worth spending the money. Thanks.

What kind of mandolin is Joe playing?
