    Re: Not a Ukulele!

Yes. Its always "I like your ukulele" or "Where did you get the baby guitar"...
I don't mind it so much. Love the shirt though.

Re: Advice for a new pick

There's a new pick they're claiming is hot.
The pickboy they say hits the spot,
but I'd be more apt to buy, and give it a try,
if it weren't an advert for pot!

Re: The Devil and The Gibson Loar

I would, respectfully, disagree, but this isn't the forum for such arguments.

Personally, I would never make a "deal with the devil". You lose every time in that scenario, one way or another.

Re: Advice for a new pick

I can only assume you are talking about the BC pick here.

I was in the same boat as you on this one. I just couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of coin to find out if I liked it or not. Just...

    Re: iPhone Inside of Guitar

Pretty cool video. Must have something to do with the string vibration vs. the frames per second at which the iPhone was recording, that made it look the way it does. Kinda like this video... ...

I wish I knew more about the electronics involved, so that I could give a better explanation, but unfortunately, I am "electronically challenged"

Re: Craigslist ad - no mandolin content

When I purchased my wife's violin, and gave it to her, she looked at the label inside and nearly flipped out! At first she didn't notice the tiny print above the Strad name that says "copy of".
