    Tail piece repair

    I need to repair my D'jangolin tailpiece ..

    do I have no choice but to order a 2" square piece of 1mm thick brass from China?

    I think '22 saw the introduction of the truss rod .. starting at the top A/F4 ..

    My A4 has but the brown A 0 does not.

    Non Ferrous, Bronze + O2 'oxidizing' etc. is corrosion , only Iron & steel "Rust"..

    High nickel alloys like monel are corrosion resistant wrapped around a steel core wire ,

    Carbon steel (without carbon it wouldn't be steel) Core wires are standard for music wire.. Fe + C.
