    Aiden, I believe many of us can relate to your health issues. Some days it is just one foot in front of the other that gets you to the finish line. To keep plugging on will be the best medicine.

    I have resisted the rechargable ones because I have found with other rechargable items I own that I forget to check the charge level, if that is even possible, and they go dead at the least opportune...

    Snark tuner

    Missing the rubber pad off the bottom jaw of tuner that contacts headstock. Does anyone know where you can get a replacement. No one at Snark answers emails and no phone number listed. Thanks

    So sorry to hear that! I cannot help with finger issues but have experienced cutting tendons in my wrist that control movement of the wrist and pinky. I can tell you that after 8 weeks immobilized...

    Aiden, Just an observation, I had one of the Hercules violin stands but it did not work out very well so I sold it. I am not sure if it was the shape of the headstock as compared to a violin...

    You might find, as I did, that what you are sensing is not just nut width but the profile of the neck and radius finger board have as much to do with it, or more, than nut width

    Way back when I had a "The Loar" the only thing that would work properly was a ball end allen wrench. The regular did not seat well and either the wrench or socket gets damaged.

    Just a thought, what happens when you are out someplace, forgot to charge the tuner and the rechargable goes dead. At least with the battery one you can pop in a new battery

    Whenever I am looking for the "historically true" version of a tune I check out the Library of Congress. Sometimes they are there, sometimes not but always interesting to see what Lomax or Lunsford...
