There are times when things just click and everything seems right. The weather, the setting, the tunes... and today was just one of those days. 12 string and 8 string, a good ol' tune and no worries....

Just wanted to get some opinions about oval hole mandolins.

I've been playing an Eastman 515 (f holes) for a while now and it sounds great, I also like the V style of neck....

Yep, That's a park in Tokyo. It wasn't too cold when the sun was out but when the clouds came the temperature dropped a bit. Managed to play about 3 hours that afternoon.
