    I have a feeling it was refinished way before someone sat on it. So it might have started to be a loser even before.

    Made $255 - what are the tuners and other hardware worth?

    The tuners are the first oblong plate worm over gear Waverly type you see in the 20s into the 30s and are not particularly sought after. I would reckon all the metalware is about $120 maximum and then there is the neck which should be worth that, I would reckon, so as bits it is not a stupid price but not a steal.
