Who was that guy??

If you listen to "Fresh Air" with Terry Gross on NPR today 12/16/13, at about the half way point after the Peter O'Toole interview there's a music segment that features a player that has a great mandolin trio album w/ upright bass and drums. He's primarily a jazz guitarist. His name sounded like Chris Beisterfeld over the radio. Anybody know more about him, where's he been?

Thank you Martin!! Spelling it correctly helps a lot. He sure is an accomplished mandolin player and I like the sample of material they played from his album. It made my lunchtime radio listening much more interesting.
