Due to current budgetary restrictions the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off -- sorry about the inconvenience.
Liked those mandolin breaks!

Cool version, thanks for posting.
Marty, I just have trouble listening to is played in a major rather than minor.......just seems like something is amiss.
But that is why I posted it.......lots of Monroe songs that were done "out of the norm" when playing at Bean Blossom.....especially at the evening show. At times there were almost more folks on stage than in the audience.....
Gary, what key is WS in?
Thnaks for sharing all of these, very cool.
Good question......with my standard tuned mandolin it is in A......but I remember Bill doing it in Gminor......my brother and I do it in Eminor.......ain't got the pipes to do it higher.....besides I like the guitar in E minor....we do the two chord version...
If you listen to this version it is different than others that he has recorded......things evolved as time and musicians went by.....sometimes he would just machine gun a chord and that would be the kickoff to some numbers....there is one on this show that is that way....I'll find it and post it....
