Default Loar lm 700 vs Breedlove KF/What thype of gibson is this?

Hi so I am l looking to upgrade from my loar lm 600. I have been very happy with it but the top has started to cave in. The two I'm looking at replacing it with is the lm 700 or the kf. The only time I've gotten to play the 700 was at namn last summer and I couldn't tell how it sounded. I played the breed love a few weeks ago I had a really hard time putting it down just I'm not a huge fan of the contemporary style much. And also a Gibson a style popped up on my local craigslist and I'm trying to figure out if it would be better playing/sounding then the two current ones I'm looking at?
    The add says
"Restored 60s model gibson mandolin. Definitely the best mandolin I've ever played. Has what I believe to be the original case with it as well. Nice low action, new strings, and beautiful finish. It has a few visible repairs but they were done well. It has that wonderful loud clear Gibson bark."

Get the Breedlove. You had a hard time putting it down, so that ought to tell you something. I've had two KF's, one for a few years and briefly as part of a deal. They are excellent mandolins.

I'll throw in another vote for the Breedlove.
Consistent workmanship, smooth playability, nice sustain, unique tone, and a great value.

As a point of reference, there's a KF in the Classifieds for $1000 OBO, and it's been there for a couple of weeks: http://www.mandolincafe.com/ads/72412.

The Gibson A mandolin looks like a badly refinished A-40 from the 60s. Finish is very splotchy.

As bad as the refin on that Gibson is The price would need to be pretty good for me to pick it over the BL, but play them both and pick the one that plays best.

I can't tell for sure from the camera angle, but the top of that Gibson looks a little flatter than I'd expect...could be sinking. I'd also want a fairly plausible explanation why someone would be selling the best mandolin they've ever played. I'd be much more inclined towards the Breedlove of the three choices you've mentioned.
