where does the name bouzouki come?

Had I seen such frets on a baglama, I'd have instantly recognised them as microtonal. Are the micro-frets used on each course respectively, or do the go all the way across the fretboard just for the sake of simplicity?

I dont know really but the frets on the baglama are made of fishing line sort of thing. There are 2 tones between A anb B two between C and D and two between D and E and two between F and G thants how it goes.
